Nice spacious apartment
Its a specious apartment in a good location. Clean and everything you need it there.
We had to wait for 20 minutes in the rain and the cold weather for the staff to bring the keys. I had a baby and there was no place to sit, we had to cross the road and wait under the rain. This all happened despite I have given them the exact time we are arriving and they know I have a baby!

Excellent
The apartment was good value for money. The location was great, next to a tram line which runs to the two major train stations, so it was easy to get there and back. It is also a short walk into the city.
The sofa bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was very thin and sloped down in the wrong direction. The communication with the person who brought the keys was not so great. We told him when we were arriving and had to call him again.

Good location in Amsterdam. Easy to go to airport and railway station. Shops around the apartment. Nice decoration inside. Good bedroom with comfortable double bed.
Low internet connexion. Bed in the living room is partially broken.
